Eden (she/they) is an AOBTA certified clinical shiatsu therapist, licensed massage therapist, and artist based in Chicago. After witnessing loved ones struggle with their mental health - as well as many years of talk therapy herself - she developed a deep interest in psychology and spirituality. In search of a more holistic path to healing and inner peace, Eden discovered Zen Shiatsu Chicago, where she studied East Asian Medicine and Bodywork.

Eden's healing philosophy is rooted in the belief that the mind, body, and spirit are inseparable. Her bodywork focuses on somatic education and nervous system regulation, in order to support the body's innate healing processes. Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic or acute discomfort, improved internal organ function, or deeper emotional balance, Eden’s work gently invites a state of deep relaxation and helps release both physical and emotional held patterns. Each session begins with getting to know your unique story, with treatment guided by goals set together.

Offering a welcoming space for all identities, Eden views her work in the healing arts as a form of resistance. It is a privilege to practice a lineage that - in a society built on stress and dis-ease - has the ability to connect people to the present moment and closer to their true selves.
